A jazz band plays an improv-driven piece. We then see the experience repeated, each time focusing on an individual band member’s journey. The performance is examined as a collection of microscopic choices and reactions. The digital image pushed to its breaking point pixelates each band member. In this context, they are a small part of a larger, more abundant whole.
